The time will always depend on the shipping location. For the United States, customers usually receive the product between 2 to 5 days maximum. For Canada between 4 to 7 days. For Europe between 7 to 14 days. And for the rest of the world between 14 to 18 days.
Of course you can return the product. We are totally transparent. You will have to pay the shipping cost since it depends on the place where you send it from.
